Tatra Trucks to showcase Tatra Phoenix vehicles in latest design for the first time at Bauma 2025
The 34th edition of the international Bauma trade fair will take place in Munich, Germany, from April 7 to 13. Held every three years, Bauma offers the opportunity to present innovations and special vehicles designed for the construction and mining industries. It is one of the largest events of its kind in the world. The Czech vehicle manufacturer Tatra Trucks has been exhibiting at Bauma for many years, as the construction and mining sectors are key markets for its products.

TATRA Customer Centre
On 1 March 2010 TATRA TRUCKS a.s. opened its Customer Centre with the goal of improving services for customers and TATRA vehicle users. The Customer Centre offers pre-sale and post-sale services under one roof and our staff can thus quickly and professionally repair a vehicle or help you resolve any technical questions.
The TATRA TRUCKS a.s. Customer Centre in Kopřivnice is a modern multipurpose centre for customers and representatives of authorized dealers and servicing centres.
The Customer Centre consists of:
- Truck service – servicing centre
- Service School
- Warranty Service Department
- Service Technology Department
Opening hours:
Customer Centre 7:00am – 15:00pm, Monday – Friday
Truck service 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday (Saturdays according to customer needs)

The Customer Centre is located outside the TATRA factory at Gate No.2, in the direction towards Kopřivnice Industrial Park.
